Return Policy

Returns

If you're not completely happy with your piece, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition and returned in the original Maison de Etoile packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different ring size or another piece? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
